Recently, somebody asked me what I liked most about our 3 month European cycling trip.
I loved the places we saw. But that wasn’t it.
I loved meeting old friends, making new friends, and learning about different ways of life.
Sometimes, somebody’s circumstance–which I assumed would be familiar–completely blew my mind.
Here’s one. Did you know that Americans, Canadians and (insert your nationality here) don’t have to pay for college?
All they need to do is carefully choose WHERE to study.
Last week, a young American woman in Croatia taught me that.
It prompted me to research, read, then write this story.
