I had never seen a “Help Wanted” sign above a men’s urinal before. But there it was…in a Pennsylvania Walmart. "Help Wanted" signs are everywhere I look. Businesses are desperate for workers. So…do people not want to work? In this article, I knock around a few possible reasons. Which of these theories, if any, do you think make sense?
