Allow me to introduce Michaela Santillo, a 16-year old student at Singapore American School. 

Articulate, and with incredible organizational skills, she presented a project in front of her Personal Finance class earlier this week alongside her equally amazing 16 year-old project partner, Annastasia High. 

The duo presented on Investment Real Estate For Positive Cash Flow.  I gave them an “A”.

Today, Michaela recorded an even better version for youtube. 

Her career ambitions are clear from the start.  But after watching her presentation, you won’t doubt for a second that she’ll achieve them.
