Last week, after I spoke to employees at Ethena, Carrie Widmer and Melanie Naranjo ordered two copies of my book, Balance, for every Ethena employee: one book to keep, and one book to gift to a friend. I love this giving culture. What's more, they didn't purchase these books directly through my publisher. They purchased the books through a local retailer to support jobs. How cool is that?
